Terms of Service

By using SocratMaths you agree to these terms. This is a practical summary — legal review is recommended before a full public launch.

Service

SocratMaths provides educational maths practice, AI-assisted marking, mock exams, and optional teacher/class features. Content is for learning purposes; grades and feedback are indicative, not official exam results.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. Teachers may invite students by email; students join when they sign up with that email.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for personal or classroom learning
• Do not abuse AI endpoints, scrape content, or attempt to bypass security
• Do not upload harmful or unlawful content

AI tutor

The AI tutor gives guidance, not definitive answers. It may make mistakes. Always verify important work with a teacher or parent.

Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend access for abuse or legal reasons.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
